Damages, issues, and non-functional products
Please inspect your order upon receipt and contact us immediately if the item is defective, damaged, or if you received the wrong item, so that we can assess the situation and determine, at our sole discretion, the appropriate solution.
Returns or refunds are accepted only if the product is deemed non-functional, according to the criteria defined by our company.
A functional product, even if it exhibits normal operating characteristics (e.g., operating noise), does not constitute a valid reason for a return or refund.
Damage reporting deadlines
Components (excluding the motor)
Any damage caused by shipping or improper handling during installation must be reported to a Brimbéloi associate within 5 days of receiving the package.
After this period, no replacement or refund will be granted.
Motor
Any motor damage caused by shipping, improper handling during installation, or normal use must be reported within a maximum of 2 months following receipt of the package.
After this period, no replacement or refund will be granted.
Definition of a non-functional product
A product is considered non-functional only according to the specific criteria defined below, which are unique to each product.
Any product that does not meet these exact criteria is considered functional.
Jigger
The motor is properly powered with a functional AA battery AND the motor does not turn at all.
If these conditions are not met, the product is considered functional.
Operating noise, vibrations, sound variations, or any other normal characteristics related to the mechanism do not constitute a defect and do not qualify for a return or refund.
